About the position
For our department "Electrical Drive Train" we are looking for a Project Assistant. Our department are involved in the drive train of our Direct Drive turbines. In our Project Office team we handle various workflows around project management supporting our technology / product development and administrative support of our teams. For this team we are heading up with a new position as Project Assistant.
What are my responsibilities?
- You will be handling coordination / project management tasks within the electrical area of our wind turbines
- You will be supporting our team leads with administrative ad-hoc support as well as maintaining documentation
Specific work area will cover:
- Coordination of design guidelines in the electrical area of our wind turbines
- Administrative support of resource planning
- Administrative support of project/management reporting.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You have a basic understanding of project management and/or change management
- You have basic to advanced technical understanding, preferable within wind turbines and electrical systems. You are service minded and have a hands-on approach. You have a well-structured working method and the ability to oversee and understand multiple working areas
- You are well versed with Microsoft Office and ideally have SAP and Jira experience
- You are able to work independently and also as a team player in a multi-cultural environment
- Your English skills are business fluent
