We are looking for a new project coordinator to join our team of strategic purchasers in Frederikshavn. The right candidate has a lot of drive is able to work structured and methodical and likes having a lot on his/her plate.
Challenges:
Coordination and tracking of procurement activities in the offering/processing phase in coordination with the central purchasing department
Local contact for all areas for all strategic and operational topics in the assigned project
Monitoring of the procurement budget
Controlling dates in connection with placing the order in the offer/project
Procurement support to areas on-site (e.g. claims negotiations, supplier evaluations or other claims on the site)
Creation of a project procurement plan including project specific requirements for the procurement
Ongoing project procurement reports for the management
Tracking of the defined project plans in coordination with the project management
Definition of countermeasures in case of target deviations
Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience within purchasing
Diploma in Business Administration or similar commercial education
Technical flair and understanding
Communication, negotiation and project management skills
English is mastered to a negotiation level - both orally and written
German skills is an advantage but not a demand
