For our Global Training Excellence department we are looking for a project manager to develop and implement initiatives for the technological tools supporting the training processes. Global Training Excellence has the responsibility to drive and maintain the global training portfolio for employees working at service wind turbine sites. This includes the Global Process Landscape and supporting IT-tools to execute the training in an effective and globally aligned manner and we are looking for an internal project manager to assume these responsibilities. What are my responsibilities? · Development and harmonization of processes, Instructions and forms · Evaluation of Change requests to tools against the process landscape · Project management of process and tools development and implementation · Drive Key user communities for continuous improvement · Incorporate strategic decisions to existing and new processes and tools What do I need to qualify for this job? · Excellent Project Management skills are required · Diplomacy and stakeholder management · Project Management methodologies (e.g. LEAN) · Experience with LEAN tool kit · Data architecture · Previous experience min. 5 year within a training department or as a process manager for training requirement · Fluent English language, both oral and written.
