Tasks & responsibilities: You will… 

…be responsible for the execution of large, highly-complex strategic projects having a significant business impact. The execution will require a high level of stakeholder interfaces at all corporate levels of the company and direct contact with key customers and suppliers. You will be overall responsible for several projects where you will act as a role model guiding and coaching (Junior) Project Manager on their individual projects. You will take the lead in securing best practice in project management.   

You will also be responsible for:  

• Scope project to secure business benefit 
• Act as a role model following project models and processes 
• Define and agree on project objectives, targets and project plan based on a given scope 
• Represent the organisation's interests 
• Secure stakeholder alignment and reporting to steerco and potentially top management on project progress 
• Identify and mitigate risk, report in a timely manner 
• Make sure that all the aims of the project are met 
• Make sure defined requirements/quality standards are met 
• Define and secure needed resources internally and externally  
• Secure controls on above mentioned activities are executed as planned 

Skills & experience: Our new colleague… 

…has extensive project management experience from complex technical projects. You have good commercial, financial and business acumen. As a person, you have excellent communication and leadership skills, and you can take on responsibility and act as a role model.   

We expect that you:  

• Hold a master’s degree in engineering or similar 
• Have excellent interpersonal skills 
• Have a high personal drive 
• Have good English skills
