About the department
Global Market Access is an expanding, international, high performing team of colleagues in Søborg, Denmark, responsible for optimising market access for the continued success of the Novo Nordisk Portfolio. In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, Global Market Access establishes the strategies and key support tactics in the area of pricing, reimbursement, health economics & outcomes research, value communication, and subsequently supports the implementation regionally and locally.

The position
In this role your primary focus will be to use your great communication skills to translate clinical and health economic information to evidence based value arguments to be used in payer engagements globally. A key part of the job as part of the Biopharm team will be to work on the preparation of value communication strategies and executable tools, such as reimbursement dossiers, slide-decks, publications and other tools important for the affiliate market access functions. In addition driving biopharm specific projects but also cross-functional projects will be an essential part of the role. The right candidate will have plenty of opportunities to influence the strategic direction of payer value communication for future product launches.

You will work cross functionally with a wide array of functions including Medical Affairs, Brand Teams and affiliates.

Qualifications
To master the job as Public Affairs and Payer Engagement Lead you would have strong communication skills and be driven by using evidence based arguments in your communication. You need to be innovative, proactive and able to cope well under pressure and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. A proven track record in public affairs is a great advantage.

You should have proven ability to translate clinical and other benefits into evidence based value arguments and deliverables, and strong project management and stakeholder engagement competencies. Prior experience within market access, brand marketing, health economics, stakeholder engagement or relevant field-based affiliate functions from the pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting is also an advantage. Previous experience in the field of haemophilia and with development and/or use of value communication tools to be used with payers e.g. stakeholder engagement is also regarded as a plus. Furthermore a relevant master’s degree is essential.
