Record to Report – SAP Finance
Manage and govern our financial Record-to-Record processes and systems through deployment of specialist knowledge with E2E perspective. In this role you will facilitate business requirements delivery in collaboration with IT and participate in projects requiring process and SAP system knowledge.
Core Responsibilities
• In close collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales Business Units and Finance Business Partners facilitate definition of business requirements and root cause analysis
• Drive delivery of business requirements through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
• Perform process standardization, improvement, documentation and maintenance
• Provide training for super users in systems, processes and governance
• Define, test and implement new system functionalities
• Drive projects and activities, requiring process and system knowledge as well as change management focus
• Stakeholder management of Global Process Owner, IT & other key internal and external stakeholders

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes, process documentation, training and project portfolio. Our mission is to develop and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join a global team of 54 dedicated colleagues.
Main purpose is to implement, manage and govern our LEGO Supply Chain business as well as our Shared Service Centers, with a process and system focus, through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an E2E perspective. In this role, you will need to facilitate business requirements delivery process and participate in projects requiring process and system subject matter expertise knowledge, train and support process users.
Do you have what it takes?
• Preferably either a university degree / auditor or any other similar education
• 5+ years experience with the FI & CO modules in SAP
• 3+ years experience with the MM modules in SAP
• Deep understanding of a supply chain organization and the processes they operate from a finance perspective
• Preferably experience working with a Finance Shared Service Center organization
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues in a language a user can understand
• Demonstrate both an E2E mindset as well as the mindset of a deep functional specialist
• Experience working with global projects and change management
• We are looking for a finance specialist with solid SAP insight
• Experience in process documentation and performing training
• Demonstrated a structured continuous improvement mindset and the ability to prioritize your time
• Dedicated teamplayer
• Curious and eager to learn
• Can think out of the box but within the frame
• Analytical mindset
• Passionate collegue that want’s to contribute pro-actively to the agreed agenda
