This is where you come in
As Sales Excellence Manager, you will take responsibility of discovering and driving improvements in the way we sell as part of the commercial excellence strategy. As such, you will have a key role in supporting our business leaders in delivering commercial best practices that maximize profitable revenue. Our sales function is empowered to improve productivity with a modern approach to accelerating sales productivity for our sales, services and partners. 

Concretely, you will:

Develop scalable enablement plans
• Identify actionable initiatives and metrics on content, process, and tools
• Enable and measure end to end success of salesforce readiness from lead generation to deal close
• Report ROI and feedback to sales leadership

Collaborate cross functionally with sales ops, marketing, product management and HR to increase revenue
• Equip and enable new sellers with knowledge, skills, and tools to accelerate ramp to productivity
• Curate digestible content for knowledge transfer at the speed of innovation
• Deliver knowledge and skills through on-demand learning, virtual and in person workshops
• Share best practices in pipeline development, opportunity management through to win / loss evaluation

Continuous sales talent development
• Partner with sales management to conduct benchmark skills and behavioural assessments for the entire salesforce.
• Provide guidance for sales manager coaching

Ensure operational success of enablement programs
• Establish program objectives and ensure stakeholder alignment to delivery expectations


As this is a global role you can expect to be travelling up to 2 times a month to collaborate with internal stakeholders all over the world.

You will be overseeing and driving multiple initiatives at any given time. However, with your high degree of interaction with senior management, you will have access to expert knowledge and rich opportunity to influence decision-making with your own ideas.

Manager with a passion for technology
Commercial excellence is the name of the game here. Therefore, we are not just looking for sales excellence experience. We are looking for a person that has a passion to drive their ideas and get key decision-makers around you inspired and involved. 

You bring:
- 5+ years’ experience within sales management, leadership or enablement, with demonstrated abilities in driving change in a global setting. Preferably in B2B and B2C environments.
- Preferably, experience working with turnarounds within sales and marketing or finance
- Sound analytical skills, allowing you to grasp complex insights
- A bachelor’s, master’s degree within business, economics or finance
- Fluency in English and Excel
