Through our brands ReSound, Beltone and Interton, we at GN work to provide technology that lets people hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible. The Global Training & Education team is dedicated to these goals by ensuring that employees know the benefits of our wide portfolio of products and have the knowledge to provide these benefits for the end user. 

To help us on this mission, you will join our Global Training & Education team of five specialists dedicated to providing the right training in the right way to our many locations around the world. 

“We have an important goal – to provide knowledge about GN products using research-based training techniques and focusing on how to ensure that individuals learn the information that is vital for their jobs,” says VP of Global Training & Education John Nelson.

Pass on your specialist knowledge 
Your primary function will be to provide high-quality training and education on our different products – such as the ReSound LiNX Quattro and the Beltone Amaze series – to different audiences within GN Hearing. This includes Marketing, Sales and our trainers in the corporate and subsidiary offices. 

Specifically, you will: 
- Communicate with trainers, audiologists and other colleagues to understand the needs for knowledge and training
- Develop online and written training materials, including presentations, sound demonstrations, animations and e-learning together with the team
- Perform on-site and web-based training for colleagues on GN products and best training practices

Travel the world with a dynamic team
In our HQ in Ballerup, you will have a desk to call your own, and you will work both independently and together with your colleagues located in Denmark, the US and Germany. You will also travel globally up to 20% of the time – both on your own and together with the team to provide on-site training and collaborate on projects. 

Audiologist with teaching experience
Knowing the value of teamwork, you are committed to a team approach and building on each other’s strengths and knowledge to resolve teaching challenges. You understand learning techniques and have the ability to communicate even the most complex science to experts and laymen alike. Furthermore, you thrive with a diverse work schedule, shifting between a desk job and traveling.

You also bring:
- A degree, preferably on graduate level, in audiology
- Minimum 1 year’s experience with hearing aid fitting and consultancy
- Preferably, experience with training and education of others 
- Excellent pedagogical communication and presentation skills – both spoken and written – and you are fluent in English
