Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...spend approx. half of your time on planning tasks and the other half on ad hoc support on the project and to the Document Controller. Your primary tasks are to prepare and control the master programme on the project and with the Project Manager/Director keep all stakeholders up to date on the progress. You will proactively gather information from stakeholders in the organisation and ensure that inputs are incorporated and updated on an on-going basis. You will also carry out detailed scenario planning subject to the different phases of the project and look ahead on future scenarios in order to plan and prepare proactively.

You will also be responsible for:

• Proactively assist the project team in terms of identifying the critical path and identifying risks, issues and opportunities
• Proactively carry out desk-top planning exercises based on known and future what-if scenarios
• Support the project team with claim management and variation cases
• Overall project planning in accordance with VOFS project model and employer's level 1 programme
• Facilitate planning sessions and conduct planning related project training
• Support the operational site management with short term planning tasks
• Support project management and site management to carry out resource analysis
• Other reporting linked to progress and planning within the project and towards other key stakeholders

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has experience with large construction projects and preferably some years of experience from a similar position. You have good product understanding and awareness as well as contractual and commercial understanding. As a person, you pay attention to details, have a structured approach to your tasks and great communication and presentation skills. You are a highly motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Are effective, reliable and flexible
• Have sufficient knowledge of MPP or Primavera
• Have good analytical skills
