HR is on an exciting journey towards a new People Agenda, which is to be launched in 2019, and as part of this journey, we are now looking for a Senior Annual Cycle Program Manager who will be pivotal in ensuring a successful execution of our core people processes.

We believe that we have a talented people organization and we are looking for Senior Annual Cycle Program Manager to deploy and drive our Performance management process, our engagement survey and the merit process, which run in the annual HR Cycle
Your primary responsibility includes e.g.
- Building an overall deployment plan for the different processes and ensure coherence between processes
- Engaging with stakeholders - both managers and the HR community – to ensure alignment and timely information
- Ensuring communication related to the relevant process steps
- Training and upskilling of both managers and HR professionals in both system and process understanding
- Evaluating all elements of the deployment process, incl. identification of improvement areas
- Driving continuous improvement of the core processes and maintain process documentation
- Providing process support when processes run
- Supporting change management when processes are improved or altered
- Following up on process KPI’s and reporting
- Following up on process compliance
The ideal candidate profile would have:
- Strong project leadership
- Strong change management skills
- Experience in working in an international, matrix organization
- Experience with SuccessFactors, especially the Performance, Objective, Calibration, and Compensation modules.
- Background in performance management and understands the link towards STI and merit processes
- Experience in surveys and analytics
The position will report to the Head of Talent Management and will be part or the global matrix Talent Management function as well.
