Define what good consumer service looks like both digitally and analog based on market insights In this role you will design and manage the new efficient global setup for LEGO Education consumer service in close collaboration with The LEGO Group Consumer Service team. This includes that you are responsible for defining business requirements for consumer service across systems and platforms. According to this your main focus will be: Set direction for the business requirements, assessing current service levels, and defining best practice. This involves defining what excellent consumer service looks like within the educational field both digitally (such as community platforms) and analog (call centers) based on market insights. Develop collaboration model and establish strong partnership with the LEGO Group Consumer Service. Continuously improve how we are servicing our consumers as part of offering a seamless consumer experience across touch points, optimizing processes and acting as ambassador for integrating consumer service insights into LEGO Education decision making in e.g. new solution development. Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost management, capability alignment and fit to LEGO Education business requirements. Support change management process with the sales organization and across the dealer network to drive successful adaptation and implementation of the new LEGO Education Consumer Service set up. In this position, you will strengthen your stakeholder management skills and the global nature of your position takes you travelling approximately 50 days per year. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Are energized by working towards planned targets, overcoming obstacles, setbacks and uncertainty. Are experienced with building consumer service and driving organizational change, preferably within a global context. Have 5+ years experience with leading development and maintenance of consumer services both digital and analog. Are experienced with Microsoft office. If it is within SAP or other ERP systems it will be a plus. Hold a Master degree within business administration or similar with focus on consumer service. Speak and write English proficiently. The ideal candidate has managed similar jobs with success. Therefore he or she will be able to show a case of successful implementation of consumer service setup.
