Sales Supply Chain Planning SCP Development At Vestas Supply Chain Planning we are constantly optimizing the supply chain in order to have as low inventory as possible, and at the same time deliver to our customers on time. It is an ever developing task in a fast paced environment. Supply Chain Planning (SCP) resides in the Sales organization and is overall responsible for the planning of the Vestas supply chain. We are looking for an energetic, well organized, independent and theoretically well founded Senior Specialist to join the Development team. SCP Development is supporting the operational business by business and process development in the supply chain area. Responsibilities Define and drive large complex projects in the area of supply chain for manufacturing Manage continuous Improvement projects throughout the supply chain Develop, create, and improve key performance indicators to align with business objectives Conceptualize and define projects as a part of an overall road map for developing an integrated supply chain for manufacturing will be essential as well as participating in defining the overall strategic and tactical road map. Managing both the project progress as well as the transition of maturing the stakeholders both internally in Supply chain planning as well as other departments. Process knowledge and system knowledge is part of becoming successful in implementing projects. Qualifications Detailed understanding of critical path of information flow and data analysis Experience in Six Sigma, LEAN management, Continuous Improvement, and Project Management Work experience with process & systems development and implementation in an international organization (preferably within Supply Chain Management) Competencies Excellent communication skills in English Extrovert and corporative approach Flexible regarding work hours (international environment) A good team player Proactive and self-driven Pragmatic and structured Capabilities to overview complex solutions Problem solving oriented but at the same time firm in sticking to the plan and the concept Six Sigma and Lean trained What we offer We offer a challenging environment with the possibilities to drive the set-up of the future service supply chain.
