Guarantee accuracy in our S&OP
No matter if our wind turbine components are produced in India or Poland, we need to ensure an optimal information flow throughout the entire supply chain, so the customer gets their product on time – and of the highest possible quality.
At our HQ in Ikast, you will join 4 dedicated colleagues in our S&OP team to optimise our forecasting and master planning activities.
Working to bridge our sales and operations planning initiatives, you:
- Prepare and execute monthly S&OP master data planning meetings with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, etc.
- Maintain forecast accuracy calculations
- Support the manager for Global S&OP in ensuring correct master data and in driving smaller optimisation projects
- Participate in regular meetings with customers
- Prepare and upload data for baseline budgets and standard cost prices for RM

Experienced S&OP specialist with great communications skills
As our new senior member of the group, you look forward to contributing to the decisions that will shape our forecast and master plans. Extracting relevant information from a large number of complex data, you can easily conclude planning directions. And you guide both your team and other colleagues with your specialist knowledge, balancing different interests along the way.
Moreover, you:
- Bring 5+ years of experience from an S&OP role
- Have experience with ERP systems and preferably also other planning and modelling tools
- Have the flexibility to travel around 30 days a year to our production sites in Poland and India
- Speak and write English effortlessly
