We are looking for a person who loves to work with Recruitment and has experience of having worked with Search, but also has an interest in Employer branding as well as the administrative part of the recruitment process. Talent Acquisition supports our internal customers to find the best candidates, now and for future challenges. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an HR partner with a focus on recruitment.
Duties of the HR Partner
- Partner with the managers and HR Business Partners to understand requirements on Talent Acquisition
- Being a professional and pro-active recruitment partner for the recruiting manager throughout the process
- Contribute to constantly develop and improve our processes
What you know
We are looking for a person who has +5 years of experience working with the entire Recruitment process You have a university degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
It is an advantage if you have worked with and are certified in OPQ / Verify. You enjoy working with people and give energy by your positive attitude. You are structured and communicative and can easily express yourself in Danish and English in both speech and writing.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you should be a committed person with the ability to work at a high speed, keeping high quality and accuracy. You see customers’ requests as exciting challenges to be solved.
