Are you passionate about HR and do you want to challenge yourself within a broad variety of tasks within HR-services? Then here is a unique opportunity to bring your experience and expertise in to play in an international organisation, where you will have close collaboration with Heads of Department in your designated business unit.

Your responsibilities as HR Coordinator

You will have a very active and important role to play in servicing one of Ramboll’s business units in almost all areas of HR, where you will be the go-to contact person. Your tasks will therefore cover a broad range of the HR related areas where you will coordinate and ensure correct and timely processes and communication on all levels of the organisation.

More specifically your tasks will cover:

• HR administrative tasks such as writing contracts, creating employee profiles in our HR system
• Miscellaneous HR tasks covering maternity/paternity leave, vacation, illness, salary and other employee related matters
• Dialogue and professional guidance of Business Unit Director and several Heads of Department on HR related matters

Besides servicing the business unit designated to you, you will be part of a strong team of HR coordinators who will assist you when the workload is high and count on your help and expertise when there is a high demand of HR services in their units.

You and your competencies

You are a strong communicator, who manages to clearly explain to and guide business leaders in HR related matters. You have a business understanding giving you the edge when providing best-in-class HR services to your “clients”, often thinking outside the box to accommodate their needs.

You thrive in an outgoing role where you are the key contact person in HR for your business unit. You will have a broad surface of contact, meaning that you will working with directors, heads of department and department members. On top of this you will be part of a strong HR community in Ramboll, that you can count on in your professional development – but who are also eager to learn from you.

Your approach to your work is structured and detail oriented, ensuring that the “product” you deliver is delivered on time and of a high quality. You decipher business needs by listening to your clients and you are motivated in working in a role with independent responsibility, where you will get the opportunity to influence and form HR deliverables.

On a more academic and professional note, we expect our new colleague to:

• Have a relevant Master’s degree
• Have some experience from a similar role
• Speak and write Danish and English fluently
• Have at least basic knowledge of Danish Labour Law

Join HR Operations Denmark

You will be part of HR Operations Denmark, which is a part of Ramboll’s global HR setup. We are approximately 25 dedicated HR professionals currently on an exciting journey of growth, globalisation and change. As a part of this we are looking through our HR service deliverables, so we ensure that we are equipped to accommodate both present and future demands from the business. This will change HR from a local to a global function.

In the department you will be part of an HR Coordinator team, each individually responsible for a Ramboll business unit. The team consists of 8 HR Coordinators spread across Ramboll’s offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Esbjerg and this is a forum where current individual or common challenges are discussed and addressed.
