In Blue Ocean Robotics, we develop and commercialize robots. We do this in partnerships called RoBi-X. In these partnerships Blue Ocean Robotics takes the lead around the robot technology, the design and development of the robots, while our partners lead the production and global marketing of the robots. Our partners are typically strong international partners with established access to relevant markets. Known examples of RoBi-X partners for Blue Ocean Robotics are; Nilfisk, Sund & Bælt and Mærsk Drilling. We have entered more than 20 RoBi-X partnerships.

The job:

• To install and configure computer operating systems, networks and applications – mainly Google, Windows and to some extent Mac OS X and Linux.
• To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• To talk to staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• To troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve software faults.
• To set up new users' accounts and profiles (Google).
• To provide general support, including procedural documentation.
• Setup and maintenance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery platforms and infrastructure.
• Setup and maintenance of container based build- and deployment environments.

Your profile:

• You have a relevant theoretical background in Software , IT Support, or another relevant technical area.
• You have insight and a keen interest in servers and networks.
• You have a structured and systematic approach.
• You are serviceminded – seeing your colleagues as customers.
• Since we are using Google apps intensively throughout the company it would be ideal if you feel at home in this area.
• Basic understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes.
• You can navigatie in a changeable working environment
• Fluent in english oral and written
• You are able to plan and structure your time schedule very well.
• +2 years of experience.

Our current IT Support will guide you through the tasks and be there for you in the beginning.
