As our new student assistant, you will partake in the daily support of our IT architects responsible for the development and governance of our global infrastructure platforms. 

You will work in close collaboration with the entire team of 13 colleagues in Kolding and 1 in Hørsholm. Doing so, you will get hands-on experience with the various tasks, applications and work-areas we are challenged with in our everyday work. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Structure and align SharePoint sites, to ensure shared structure on road maps, project updates, etc. for our global IT cluster managers
• Assist in developing, planning and executing on projects in IT, including communication to relevant stakeholders, monitoring progression, reporting progression and other relevant project deliveries
• Maintain road maps, project statuses and the like for the Infrastructure Services team
• Participate and support in meetings, workshops and the like

Your qualifications

You do not have to be a world champion in IT as long as you like to learn about new systems, applications and processes and absorb new knowledge. Your open-minded approach to your tasks enables you to face challenges and overcome them together with your team.

• You are studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, information management, IT management or similar.
• You are a fast learner as you will join a fast-paced team.
• You speak and write English effortlessly.
