Do you want to take part in Carlsberg’s digital transformation while developing your communications competencies? The Communications & Change Team of Carlsberg Global Business Services is looking for a student assistant with strong communication skills, a vivid interest in digital work tools, and a desire to work and grow in a global environment.

The Communications & Change Team at Carlsberg Global Business Services (GBS) is accountable for our internal communication in GBS as well as our communication to our colleagues in Carlsberg’s markets. Moreover, we support major projects and programs with change management.

About the job: Our team has set ambitious goals for how we want to communicate with and reach out to our Carlsberg colleagues even more effectively, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to excel in their work. We want to tell engaging stories about our work for Carlsberg, consolidate our communications processes to secure high quality communication, and perform careful planning to make sure that all needs are met.

 

We are looking for an ambitious student assistant, who will take part in this development by contributing to content primarily on our intranet and through our internal channels. Your tasks will include:

• Assist the team with copywriting, presentations, video production etc.
• Assist in creating and consolidating communication standards, including templates for articles and other communication guides
• Cooperate with content owners to secure that our intranet is updated
• Assist our Communications Team Lead with communications deliveries to our top management
• Publication of news including final proof reading and image editing

Work load: Up to 20 hours per week. Start date: as soon as possible

 

Your qualifications: The perfect fit for the role is a person with a strong communication profile, including a clear writing style, a strong flair for graphics and lay-out, and impeccable English skills.

As an ambassador for GBS, you are technically savvy, and you take interest in joining us in performing best practice on how to get the most out of our digital tools. You work independently, deliver on deadlines and seek feedback as a natural part of your learning process.

You have passed the first year of your bachelor’s studies and have at least two years of your education remaining.
