We work with many different internal and external stakeholders. This job contains a technical and a communication part. The technical part will be to help install and test functionality into a tool we already have. The same person will also help out on the internal communication. So there is big potential for exposure to our different stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
•Help test and implement features in two of collaboration tools (Jira and Confluence.
•Help collect priorities on project requests and sort out those internally
•Help prepare different status announcements + minor reports
We are looking for
You need a balanced combination of communication skills and some IT technically understanding.
Expect you to be either done with your bachelor or in final year of the bachelor. The area is secondary, if you can fulfil the main requirements (English communication and technical understanding).
So we expect you are:
•Fluent in English
•Some level in technical understanding
•Interested in communicating with a lot of people
•Can jump from task to task, while remember to close all tasks in the end
•Knowledge of web based tools like Jira/Confluence, SharePoint or similar will help
