Cooperation across the globe

As part of our SCM Strategic Department, you will take part in a range of tasks, where you can leverage your skills as an Supply Chain Coordinator to succeed. These tasks will include procurement processes from early market dialogue to sourcing, execution and contract management, while ensuring compliance with business’ internal policies and specifications.

You will also be part of all stages of a given project, from the project’s very beginning to factory, warehouse and planning support at our manufacturing facility in Kalundborg (Denmark) and sporadically ACU (Brazil). You will also have an active role in contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and methods.

Qualifications

Thorough, competent and communicative

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
3 years of experience
Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and ERP Systems, preferably Oracle
Skilled sourcing specialist, able to perform under tight deadlines on multiple projects
Hands-on mindset, proactive, and used to working in a challenging environment with a range of stakeholders placed in different locations and countries
Have an analytic approach to complex tasks
Have a commercial way of thinking and a technical understanding
Have team spirit and ability to work closely with colleagues across the organization
Result oriented, focused, impeccable attention to detail, and committed
Communication skills and pragmatic attitude
Strong customer focus, both internal and towards suppliers
Flexible approach to workload
Fluent in English is required, Danish and/or Portuguese desired
Travel as and when required
