Do you want to become a member of our Forecast to Produce team? We have a strong team of specialists doing a significant job every day in the One ERP program. We are in the roll in phase and our focus lays on implementation of new tools and processes and the migration of existing data into S/4 Hana and into the Anaplan system. Right now, we are looking for a candidate to work with Tactical Operation Planning.

Implementing new templates and tools for SIOP
Implementing unified processes and toolbox for demand planning, sales and operation planning, inventory planning and optimization (SIOP) is a part of the Forecast to Produce team’s role in the One ERP program. The SIOP template is developed by the Danfoss One ERP SIOP team during the template build phase. Anaplan has been chosen as Danfoss supply chain’s new tactical cloud based planning tool. The aim is to have the new template and tool replacing all existing SIOP tools and processes inside Danfoss.
 
Our new Tactical Operation Planning Specialist will be able to complete the implementation of the processes and tools across the Danfoss Group. It will be a key task to secure stabilization of the solution and to find solutions for new releases, gaps and continuous improvements will also have focus in this position. Other key responsibilities will be:

• Bridging the gap by understanding business needs and explaining SIOP decisions to strengthen the template further
• Training and coaching the SIOP users with new processes, tool and methods
• Communicating business requirements to Anaplan builders
• Testing and validating of Anaplan architecture and data
• Understanding, gathering and processing best practices across Danfoss and industry
• Supporting day to day project work

The One ERP team is primarily working out of Flensburg, Germany.
 
Strong professional competencies with a communicative and team oriented approach
You have an academic background within Supply Chain, Logistics or similar. Furthermore, you need to have solid experience from a SIOP organization, preferably working with the different areas of tactical planning.

You are an experienced user in SAP ERP and Excel or similar data processing tools, and you have good understandings between tool, process and methods. It will be a great plus if you have on-hand experience in SAP APO, Business Warehouse, and also have some insights in statistical forecasting models.

On a more personal note, you are known for your holistic, open-minded and communicative approach this enables you to understand the setup and communicate the functionalities and our actions during the Anaplan roll-in phase.
