For our International Delegation Center in Denmark we are looking for a Tax Specialist/Key Account Manager who has experience with personal tax and preferably global mobility. Our International Delegation Center is a part of the HR organization. What are my responsibilities? · Advise on tax issues to key stakeholders – our employees, SKAT, global Siemens counterparts and our tax service provider · Coordinate internal team tasks such as: o Monthly distribution of relevant remuneration data for our delegates employees o Internal reconciliation of tax accounts o Year-end tax return coordination · Focus on key issues and overall goal without becoming too detail oriented What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a Bachelor and/or Master degree in economics, tax or similar · You have a good mix of experience with personal tax and global mobility as well as the ability to solve challenges and advice having a local knowledge and a global perspective · You are business driven and able to discuss with the business on demand, case by case · You are able to draw out the essentials in cases based on tax knowledge · You have a holistic business view and an understanding of the business and its needs · You have a feeling for development and future needs within the personal taxation area · As a person you are outgoing, possess excellent English skills and have the ability to communicate with people on all organizational levels as well as with our global counterparts in other countries · You have excellent excel skills and are comfortable with IT in general In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know? The Siemens HR organization handles tasks for all the Siemens companies in Denmark and provides service for 6,500 employees. We advise, develop and carry out all types of HR assignments such as recruitment, organization and employee development and salary and personnel administration. The department consists of 120 enganged employees and we have offices in Ballerup, Brande, Nordborg, Vejle and Aalborg.
