...will provide best in class Supervisors for installation tasks. The employees in your team will primarily be internal Supervisors with a technical background.

As a Team Leader within Operations Site Resources & Electrical Operations, you will be responsible for people management and coordination of appointed Supervisor team.

• You will develop teams and individuals deploying MHI Vestas Offshore culture and strategies.
• You will primarily be located in Aarhus but there will be a lot of management from a distance, demanding excellent skills within communication and motivation.

Some of the main activities in the position will be:

• personal and process development
• coordination in a changing environment
• planning
• recruiting
• administrative tasks
