Team Leader, Supply Chain Operations. Kalundborg
We are looking for an ambitious people manager to head up our Liquid Tapping facility in Kalundborg, which is the final step in our manufacturing before our products are shipped to our customers in the EMEA region. A strong quality and customer centric mindset combined with a desire to constantly strive for better ways to serve our customers are key prerequisites for leading the team consisting of 17 employees.
You will be responsible the daily operation of our automated tapping lines and well as Bulk shipments and operational warehousing of packaging materials. You will be part of the management team in the department which besides from you consists of the Department Manager, two Team Leaders, a Lean Anchor, and a Quality specialist. Together with this team you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous development of quality and efficiency of the activities in our Liquid Formulation and Tapping Department in Kalundborg.
In this position you need to:
- Have some experience as people manager.
- Have experience with Operations and/or Planning and Scheduling
- Have experience with Lean
- Have been working in an environment with a certified Quality Management System.
- Be a dynamic, committed and outgoing person
- Be good at providing overview and setting direction
- Have good communication skills in Danish and English
- Hold a degree; preferably within Engineering.
