The EMEA Total Reward Team
You will deliver compensation/total reward solutions to stakeholders covering the Europe/Middle East region. As a Consultant, you will be involved in the execution and delivery of services and solutions according to service level agreements (SLAs), develop relevant standard operating principles (SOPs), use fact-based analysis to frame and/or solve related issues, support the implementation of global processes and initiatives and participate in the development of the total reward agenda in the region.
Moreover, in your advisory capacity, you keep abreast of market trends, legislative changes and research etc. to ensure relevance and effectiveness of the advice you provide to stakeholders. We are currently 5 colleagues based in Denmark, Hungary and Russia and part of the global Performance & Reward set up.

Help ensure a great, global Performance & Reward setup
Whilst assigned to the EMEA region, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other regions i.e., Americas and Asia as well as colleagues in the Center of Expertise and HR Business Partners to help shape and execute the global/Group performance and reward agenda.
Experience in Compensation/Total Rewards, implementing regional/global processes
Working both independently and in your team, you need to have strong stakeholder and project management skills, be committed to operational excellence, have a holistic view of issues and trade-off of solutions, be attentive to detail and have the ability to simplify and communicate compensation/total rewards concepts and principles to stakeholders.
You will be working within the context of a broader change agenda, so being resilient and able to thrive in an environment where you occasionally have to work without precedent will take you far. Moreover, you may have a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree within HR or similar, but most important to us is that you:
- Have minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role and/or within C&B
- Have previous experience from a regional role with hands-on experience in implementing regional/global projects
- Proven experience and mastery of compensation principles and methodologies such as job evaluation (mastery of IPE methodology preferable), compensation management (market surveys, analysis and pay design etc) and are a true Excel wiz
- Proficiency in the English language, with excellent verbal, reading and written skills to communicate effectively and analyze information
- Solid knowledge of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations
- Knowledge of and experience with SAP MasterData and SuccessFactors will be a definite advantage
