Vestas Manufacturing A/S, the Technology Transfer Projects & Training department are seeking a skilled and service minded Training Professional, who can be a part of the our professional and dynamic department in Lem. Manufacturing and Global Sourcing/ Blades/ Production Engineering/ Tech. Transfer, Training & Man. Footprint. Vestas Manufacturing A/S is an independent corporate business unit within Vestas Wind Systems A/S. The Blades division within Vestas Manufacturing is responsible for the global production of wind turbine blades. The Technology Transfer Projects & Training department within the Blades division is responsible for starting up new production lines in current Blade factories including training in new processes. This involves engaging with the Blades factories and Technology Service Solutions. Understanding problems and opportunities in training of new processes and planning of the training, in close cooperation with Engineers, external suppliers, project managers and factories. Technology Transfer Projects & Training team consist of 11 employees located in Lem, Denmark. Responsibilities Develop and implement a training effect measurement system Planning, budgeting, execution and reporting of training for process/tooling changes Implementation of new processes in factories Continues development and optimization of the training set-up within Blades Qualifications Experience from a similar position with training of people and planning of training. Minimum a bachelor's degree in Communication, Pedagogics or similar. Worked with training effect measurements and know how to design practical and theoretical tests for both hourly and monthly paid employees. You have worked with structured learning/training, preferably Training Within Industry principles (TWI) Competencies You are structured, can build a plan and can follow up on a plan, and adjust it on the fly You are good at building teams and good at working in teams You are service minded and a good communicator Your managerial skills are good, and you understand to communicate at different levels in the organization You have an urge to work in a dynamic department with an international range of contacts You have good English skills, both oral and written What we offer An exciting job in a dynamic team in an international and challenging environment who constantly wants to improve and serve our customers (factories) with the best support within training.
