Job ID: 194048 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – Mode of employment: full time For our Site Training team within the Offshore Project Site Execution department, we are looking for a Training Program Manager. As a Training Program Manager, you will be owner of the competency framework creating the structure and setting the standards for the training of our employees. What are my responsibilities? As a Training Program Manager, your main responsibilities will cover: • Global ownership of our competency framework including chairing the Global Competency Committee • Training need analysis based on inputs from specialist within the organization and the overall business strategies determining the training requirements which are to be part of the competency frameworks • Secure that the framework is integrated in our general Learning Management system enabling us to have full transparency on the obtained skills and competences of our employees • Continue the development and implementation of a strong and effective on-the-job evaluation structure • Driving the collaboration internally in Offshore and with the other stakeholders across Siemens Wind Power In this position, travel activities must be expected. What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have a Business Administrative education or a Technical background preferably from the Wind industry. • You possess basic knowledge of the training requirements needed for working with turbine installation and commissioning. • You have Project Management experience with strong stakeholder management skills enabling you to handle many internal as well as external stakeholders • As a person you are self-driven with strong analytical skills and capable of driving both the long and complex development and implementation tasks as well as the more ad hoc related tasks • You are capable of delivering complex information in a clear and precise manner to different target groups, both technical and commercial • You possess excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
