Do you have good experience with larger construction projects and documentation management? Would you like to play a significant role in running and improving our upgrades projects?

 

Tasks & responsibilities: You will…

…manage the document streams for offshore documentation internally and externally and manage the filing solutions in the relevant project document management systems. You will administer the set-up in AX for Upgrades Campaigns and be responsible for the communication between Upgrades and Service Sites, both during the implementation of individual upgrades but also follow-up on completed upgrades. 

You will also be responsible for: 

• Administer and monitor all standard document package deliverables on SharePoint.
• Handover of documentation to Service Site
• Check revision of internally created documents Secure that all project-specific technical documentation and manuals are in place and stored correctly
• Work set-up in AX
• Project planning in MS Project
• Handle Sign Off sheets after upgrades are completed
• Prepare and update internal processes within Upgrades and handle interface with Service and other departments

 

Skills & experience: Our new colleague…

…holds a relevant education (e.g. an engineering background) and has experience with larger construction projects and at least two years of experience from a similar position. To succeed in this position, it is important that you are a self-starter and pay attention to detail, and that you have an analytical and systematic approach to your tasks. As a person, you are a team player with good communication skills. 

We expect that you: 

• Have good product understanding and awareness
• Have good contractual understanding
• Have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (preferred, not required)
• Have experience with document management systems
