We are looking for a very strong organizer that will join our Learning and Development team and take the lead of Learning Administration in Vestas' global organization. In your previous job you have demonstrated a strong ability to handle and lead the execution of administrative task in a complex and international environment Vendor Manager, Learning Administration at P&C, HR, Learning and Development People & Culture / HR are supporting the app. 18.000 Vestas employees with all people processes. HR has in the past years undergone a large scale HR transformation and is today organized in a classic David Ulrich inspired tiered service delivery model. The app. 160 HR employees are organized in four regions globally. The HR team has played a key role in the Vestas turnaround in the past two years and is well posistioned witin the Vestas organization. Most Talent and learning activities has been frozen in the past two years, but are to be un-forzen in 2015. Learning and Development is today a very lean 6 FTE department supporting both HR and Vestas Line of Business with HR specialist knowledge in many areas, e.g. HR Process knowledge & learning. HR L&D are in the process of selecting a third party provider that will be responsible for our Learning administration (from 2015). Responsibilities: You will be responsible for Vendor Management towards the 3 party provider Vestas will choose for handling learning administration of our offerings in the "Learning Ware House" and our "development toolbox". You will act as a HR L&D liaison person towards the regional HR set-up and will work very closely with the specialists' from L&D in ensuring that the "Learning Ware House" and "Development toolbox" are always updated and reflects the learning needs from the Vestas business. Qualifications: You hold a master degree within e.g. HR, Organization, Communication or equivalent.
