Associate Manager, Granulation Kalundborg
As Associate Manager for Micro-granulation, Blends and Warehouse in the Granulation department you will have the responsibility for the daily operation of two smaller production units and our internal warehouse. Your team includes 25 operators, 4 operator trainees and a technician.
Granulation Kalundborg is part of EMA Operations, which is covering the regional flow of all materials from raw material inventories through fermentation, recovery and granulation. Important goals for the department in the next years include improving a safe work culture, ensuring capacity liberation by de-bottlenecking and reduction of downtime, success with conversion of current products to new formulations, further evolvement of GMP and our LEAN way of working, and improving working processes both in production and information flow.
In this position you need to have:
- Leadership experience within process industry
- Passion for leading people and building a sustainable and healthy high-performance culture
- Experience with GMP and LEAN
- Robustness and ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment with multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong drive and adaptability to changes
