Join the Audio Test Lab 
In the R&D Audio Engineering department, a part of GN Audio, we know sound. That is why all our state-of-the-art Jabra audio products for communication and music pass through our world-class test facilities. Here, we make sure the products meet international standards and requirements as well as our high ambitions for tomorrow’s audio experiences.

Test, verify and document 
The Test Lead will appoint you to new product development projects for you to test. Based on the demands of the product owners and engineers, you run tests from a subset of our many different standardized test set-ups to ensure compliance. In detail, you will:

• Verify upcoming products by testing and – if necessary – retesting audio performance
• Keep engineers and the Test Lead informed of your processes and results
• Perform root cause analysis on the test set-up if it does not behave as expected
• Document your procedures and results according to our standards
• Collaborate closely with your team and the technicians in R&D to maintain the test systems and – when possible – implement more efficient procedures and reduce manual processes

You will join 31 in-house engineers and a team of 4 test technicians – 2 in Denmark and 2 in China. Together, we develop great sound experiences by listening to our customers, to the product itself and to each other.

Technical profile with audio test experience
Your ability to perform well-structured testing and document the processes while using your critical sense in interpretation of the test results is the key to your success in this position. You balance your ability to follow existing procedures with having a good grasp of when to challenge and transform the status quo. Furthermore:

• You have a relevant technical background
• You have experience in acoustics lab equipment and test methods
• You have some knowledge of analysis systems and software – we use ACQUA and SoundCheck
• You speak and write English effortlessly
