Position responsibilities
As part of the Huawei BO RAN team your main responsibilities will be to:
Handle and analyze Trouble Tickets within the SLA;
Handle and perform Change Requests;
Execute second level Preventive Maintenance of network;
Customer complaints resolution;
Support Field Activities as well as other departments of the company
Notify Customer and Update Reports;
Remote Deployment of new software updates;
Support Service Problem and Incident Management;
Integrate event related temporary sites
Other adhoc tasks as requested by the manager
