For our Global Service SCM Performance Improvement department we are looking for a Business Analyst to participate in the development of our performance measurement setup. You will be working in a newly established department with a global focus. The department defines the performance measurement setup and standards in a Global Supply Chain, conducts performance measurement globally and reports PFM status to SCM management. You will do this in collaboration with colleagues all over the world. What are my responsibilities? Help define and implement global standards for supply chain performance measurements Process mapping and data analysis in order to automate the current performance measurements and develop new measurement in a business intelligence solution Support the design of performance measurement in our business intelligence solution Conduct analysis of data to identify root causes for poor performance - with support from student workers Prepare and facilitate the performance reporting and review meetings for Global Supply Chain Management. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a master degree within supply chain management or the like and you have previously worked with large amounts of data. Furthermore it is an advantage if you have experience with defining KPIs. You have experience with programming e.g. VBA, SQL You possess strong analytical skills and must be able to work independently and pay attention to details You are fluent in English both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
