Our R&D department within Offshore (Offshore Technology) forms the core of our technological leadership. Cooperative working methods and informal atmosphere throughout the organization is central as well as the personal and professional development of our employees is essential to us.

For our Business Support (BS) function in the Offshore Technology organization, we are looking for an experienced Business Developer. The BS function is responsible for supporting the Offshore Technology Head and his Leadership Team as well as the broader management of the Offshore Technology organization by executing and supporting internal projects and tasks regarding strategy implementation, organizational development, issue handling, meeting preparation and communication. Your role will be a combination of in-house management consulting and executive support.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Supporting the Offshore Technology Leadership Team in developing the organization and implementing the strategy
  • Providing professional support for the Offshore Technology Leadership Team (e.g. structuring verbal information, gathering and analyzing data, preparing documentation and presentations) also in collaboration with other departments
  • Take lead on arranging and coordinating organizational events in Offshore Technology (e.g. All-employee meetings)
  • Drive and challenge internal project implementation in the Offshore Technology organization
  • Develop and execute the internal Offshore Technology communication plan (e.g. Newsletters, Yammer-posts, Information screen updates)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Your preferably hold a Master degree within the fields of management, strategy, leadership, organization development, business administration or similar fields
  • Your preferable have 3-5 years of experience with in internal or external management consulting including experience with structured problem-solving, project management and stakeholder management across the organization as well as on top level
  • You know how to get things through and still remain welcomed
  • You understand business and organizational matters and are still very keen on accurate and precise delivery
  • You motivate others through your positive and result-oriented way of getting-things-done
  • You possess strong communication skills and excellent English skills orally and in writing
  • You are very skilled in using MS PowerPoint and Excel
