Commercial Manager to bring fully commercialized products and services to market

Are you a strong commercial and strategic profile, who has a desire to develop new business opportunities in the Fintech space? We are looking for a commercial manager who can ensure that we are bringing the right products and services to market, in a fully commercialized way. 

 

Nets Merchant Services (MS) is a leading payment solutions provider in Northern Europe. Our services include payment terminals, card acquiring and e-commerce and basically everything that has anything to do with international card acceptance.

Nets Group handle payment solutions, information services and digital security, with one of Europe’s most comprehensive and innovative product portfolios. MS serves more than 300.000 merchants and by signing an agreement the merchant can handle payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay.

 

This position could be in either Ballerup or Stockholm.

 

A strong commercial and strategic focus in developing for new business opportunities

Your key responsibilities in this role will be to drive own projects, and assist product management, in developing, adapting and creating the right propositions. You will further ensure execution across the organization, in great collaboration with all different function across Nets. You will be responsible for selected strategically important hero launches, and make sure that we bring the right products to the market from a commercial perspective.

 

More specifically, you will be responsible for;

 

• Identify, develop and participate in new business opportunities and assist product management in product launches from a commercial perspective
• Involving all stakeholders across the organization in go-to-market preparation and execution
• Continuously monitor developments in the market including competitor moves, market trends and changes in customer needs
• Drive the commercial analysis of new market opportunities and present for top management
• Brush-up on existing products and propositions, create focus initiatives to boost sales and increase awareness of existing product portfolio

Your professional qualifications include:

 

• Experience in working with commercial product development and go-to-market execution
• BSc. or MSc. degree or relevant field
• Analytically flair and experience in working with crisp analysis from our analytics department
• Experience with project management
• Thrives and have good collaborative skills with a large interface across organizational differences
• Motivated by achieving ambitious goals in a fast-moving environment
• You can get your message through – you present to larger assemblies, and can resist pressure
• A proactive and responsible approach to problem solving within its field of work
• High level of English and one Nordic language – both written and spoken

 

On a personal side, you are a very strong commercial and strategically profile. You are customer driven, accountable and a team player. You always meet your colleagues with a positive approach and are good at building relations across the organization.
