Then you could be our new Controller at Danfoss Heating Solutions. We are a world leading provider of heating solutions and develop e.g. radiator thermostats, floor heating, and heat pumps. Heating Solutions is represented globally with sales worldwide and production in nine countries. You will become part of the Heating Solutions and Business Int. Finance department that consists of a team of ten committed controllers who support the Heating Solutions (HS) organisation. Develop, maintain and improve business performance through controlling As a controller, you will drive controlling and analysis of HS’ different business units’ results. It will be your mission to continuously provide correct and valid data and reports for decision-making. You will also: •actively follow up on subsidiaries •interpret and analyse business unit results •support the development of business cases and follow up on these •make and follow up on rolling forecasts and budgets •develop and maintain valid KPIs •ad hoc analysis At all times, you focus on providing correct and valid reports for decision making and as such you will have a unique opportunity to build a wide network across the Danfoss organisation. A strong analytic and quality-conscious capacity with sound team player skills You have experience either as a business controller working with controlling of subsidiaries in a large international company or working as an auditor, and you hold a BSc or MSc in finance, accounting, economics or business administration. Alternatively, you are a recent graduate and have achieved extraordinary results in training. As such, you are familiar with Hyperion Financial Management and SAP. You have strong analytic capabilities and you are willing to go the extra mile to secure the results. You have sound interpersonal skills and are comfortable in an environment which requires both the ability to challenge and support your business partners. Furthermore, you are well organised and a team player with a good cultural understanding of working in multi-cultural organisations. You can communicate in written and spoken English.
