We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Operations Site Resources & Electrical Operations (OSREO) department at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.   

Tasks & responsibilities: You will… 

…have many different tasks simultaneously and a varying workload. You will support the OSREO external resources team during the entire request and recruitment process. This entails arranging, coordinating and participating in internal and external meetings with stakeholders. As part of this, you will manage and track tasks and time schedules and follow up on deliverables from requestors and vendors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the projects. You will also ensure that our exchange of documentation with customers is in line with expectations and handled in accordance with the defined procedures.  

You will also be responsible for:  

• Support the Manager with coordination of subcontractor resources and external consultants in cooperation with service and project sites 
• Ensure that the best candidates are allocated to maintain the best business case possible 
• Set up structure database to ensure transparency on the project setup 
• ERP setup 
• Vendor evaluation in CRM 
• Weekly meetings with vendors 
• Support in relation to management-related tasks and different department challenges 

Skills & experience: Our new colleague… 

…thrives in a position with many different simultaneous tasks. It is very important that you are detail-oriented and able to keep the overview in a hectic environment. You have at least 3 years of experience working with similar tasks, preferably in a sales department focusing on large-scale business-to-business projects. We also expect that you have a background within a similar field of planning and structural support. It is important that you have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and a service-minded and positive attitude.   

We expect that you:  

• Are an advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Are fluent in English and possess strong communication skills 
• Are flexible and independent 
• Can work in a hectic and international environment
