As part of a reorganization currently taking place in Service Wind Power, we are looking for a proactive Customer Service Manager to lead our highly dedicated team of training coordinators and specialists. You will become part of the Training Operation management team in Training Center Brande, where we are responsible for delivering technical and safety trainings to our customers. These are internal colleagues as well as external business and contractual partners. What are my responsibilities? As a Customer Service Manager you will be in charge of driving and managing Customer Service activities. Your job will furthermore entail collaboration with our internal training execution teams and external partners, while ensuring that focus always remains on the customers’ needs. The area of responsibility contains key account management, demand and operational planning and contractor/vendor management. Your main responsibility will be the tasks related to the leadership of approximately 18 training coordinators and specialists. More specifically your responsibilities will be to: Implement the training operation team’s strategy, and cooperate globally and cross-functionally with all relevant stakeholders Set relevant KPIs to measure and track customer ordering trends, delivery lead times, contractor performance etc. Optimize the workflow and processes in the teams and deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries in close cooperation with the execution teams Manage and further develop the team What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a business degree on at least BA-level degree, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar, and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in management, ideally within service delivery management or supply chain management Experience as a leader, ideally from a similar set-up A proactive approach towards stakeholders and a customer-oriented mindset Excellent change management competences with a track record of proven results Knowledge and experience in forecasting, demand and detail planning Excellent negotiating abilities and experience with delivering through partners A structured and cost-conscious approach. You are furthermore motivated by improving processes and work-flows. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
