Then come and join us as Digital Experience Manager Reach our strategic goals about a strong digital offering in our solutions Key to this position is to be a part of the implementation of our strategic goals about developing strong digital solutions and components for one of your portfolios. As a part of the Digital Experience Team, your focus is on conceptualization and the production of the full digital solution and experience for ex. the Mindstorms Desktop Software and Apps (retail and education versions) and here the graphical programming learning environment for the Mindstorms Robot. More specifically, you will: Create software, applications, and experiences that inspires children to be creative learners in the science and technology area. Define a strong user experience reflecting the end user needs as core to best in class quality digital experiences. Manage relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders, to ensure full understanding of the complete potential in the portfolio. Manage potential supplier relationship by being responsible to build trustful relationships with different digital suppliers and our internal development team. Work with other Digital Experience Managers in your team and other peers in our core project teams on the end-to-end digital experience. Define and drive a high quality in all our digital solutions. Travelling internationally approx. 20-25 days per year. A digital experience manager who can define and drive a strong digital solution and experience The right candidate for us are characterised by personal integrity, an ability to be a vital part of processes of change and high interaction skills, which shows through in everything that you do. You are attracted to developing and defining strong experiences and different digital solutions and applications for education, used by children, students and teachers. For succeeding in this job it is essential that you: Are able to work rapidly towards achievable creative solutions from difficult and complex problems in an international setup. Have core competencies and experience in software/App and online application development and you passionately follow the latest trends within our field. Have experience with development and facilitation of Experience Workshops, Prototyping, Wireframes, Mockup/Sketching will be an advantage. Have 5+ years of experience from digital solution development, a digital agency or the like. Your educational background might be a bachelor or master degree within the field of digital interaction/experience development as a conceptual experience designer, digital communication or similar, but your experience will attach great importance. Speak and write English proficiently.
