And would it motivate you to manage a central role in rolling out and implementing the Procure to Pay (P2P) process of indirect materials and services in the EMA Nordic Region? Then you could be the Regional Operations Manager we are looking for in our Global Services (GS) division in Nordborg. You are offered a unique job opportunity with management responsibility for two direct reports and 22 competent and dedicated employees. You will be working in a global and professional environment and in a cross company function. You should expect around 5-10 travelling days per year. Leadership, management and change facilitation Your department is responsible for order creation, monitoring of purchase orders and for keeping vendor information updated. Furthermore, your department is expected to ensure that approved suppliers are used and that they are integrated in our SAP P2P process. Your primary tasks comprise: •Ensuring performance and delivery according to the Service Level Agreements that are made with the Business Divisions •Conducting an ongoing dialogue with Regional Danfoss Procurement, which is responsible for negotiating and signing contracts with suppliers •Following up on relevant KPIs •Ensuring that the people within the Procurement Operations team have the adequate skills to carry out their roles •Securing the daily operations of the regional roll-out plan in EMA Nordic Apart from the daily leadership and managerial tasks, your role as a Regional Operations Manager will comprise facilitation and change management according to the present roll-out plan for Denmark and Scandinavia. The total scope of operation is estimated to be DKK 1 billion when 100% coverage is achieved. The current coverage is DKK 150 million, so there is room for development. Procurement experience and managerial acumen Preferably, you have a relevant bachelor’s degree (i.e. purchasing and/or supply chain management) – however, practical experience is also accepted. In any case, you have management experience and solid working experience from a similar position (P2P, Procurement) and you have worked for a global company before. Furthermore, you have solid SAP skills and have proficient written and spoken Danish and English skills. As a person, you are proactive and have excellent communication skills. You are a team player who appreciates the cooperation with others and you are visible in the organisation. You are used to thinking and acting across the entire company, and you know that politics may be an issue. Finally, you are diligent, efficient and structured and have a strong international mindset.
