Do you have experience with conducting research and delivering insights? Would you like to make a difference for children's education by managing our global marketing research projects and provide relevant insights that inspire and allow us to know our customers much better? Support and strengthen our knowledge and insights base In LEGO® Education we work in an exciting, dynamic and complex educational environment. Crucial to the success of our solutions is that they build on true insights and an in depth understanding of customer and consumer needs. You will be responsible for driving, conducting and managing LEGO Education’s global marketing research projects and make sure those conclusions and findings are translated into actionable insights, just as you: Are responsible for budgeting and prioritising activities according to strategies and overall budgets Define research methods and the required scoping in cooperation with internal stakeholders and agencies Define and build a foundation for market research and insights for LEGO Education and for each market segment in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders Follow trends in global education and learning philosophies in close cooperation with our Competencies Center and build a functional network to share insights across LEGO Education Will be travelling 20-30 days per year to meet with local sales offices and agencies as well as participate in research symposiums and similar events Enabling every student to succeed LEGO Education is responsible for developing and selling educational solutions tailored to the global educational market. Insights professional with great stakeholder management skills The challenge is to scale, balance and complete expectations, plans and budgets across the organisation as well as to navigate in a large group of internal and external stakeholders.
