Take on diverse challenges as you implement coherent security solutions across EMEA, influence decisions and enable the business by safeguarding people and assets. Implement profound security As the Security Operations Manager in EMEA, you help implement sound security solutions in collaboration with the Operational Support department. You tie up loose ends and collaborate across all LEGO locations in Europe, the Middle Eastern and Africa to certify the right operational frame for all security activities, e.g. related to events and travels as well as risk assessments and crisis management. Thus, you act on and continuously help improve our security standards, while you more specifically: Support the Regional Security Manager (RSO) by planning, refining and executing security activities and handling internal and external communications on security Plan and execute security awareness training to support security processes and procedures in the LEGO Group Create a baseline for security and establish analysis of gaps to ensure a coherent approach to tasks and timelines, and you follow-up on implementation plans to ensure that all projects are on track Facilitate a security benchmark process between the major sites to create a learning environment Develop a security report system to be used by EMEA security and external partners - and do crisis and emergency management, supporting the RSO and our Crisis Support team Make an impact In the LEGO Group, you will join an appreciative and supportive environment, where you will have ample opportunities to develop.
