As Export Sales Manager, you will be leading both our central export sales team and our global business developers focusing on developing and growing our existing HC-CARGO business.
Main focus areas
In the role of Export Sales Manager your focus will be on driving Sales & Customer development mainly via the experienced and motivated team, but also via direct customer contacts.
Key tasks are as follows:
- Definition of customer strategies for all relevant markets
- Global responsibility for direct customer management incl. all commercial and technical topics
- Managing pre-selling activities
- Management and supervision of Account Managers, Sales Supporters and Business Developers
Your contribution to something big
In the role of Export Sales Manager you play a key role in the HC-CARGO growth strategy. You will be part of the global sales management team, and expectations are that you act independently and proactively in line with the overall priorities and targets.
You will, supported by the local organisation, have end-to-end responsibility for all customer topics including all commercial and technical topics.
The position reports to the Director of Sales for HC-CARGO.

We are searching for a colleague with extensive knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and the corresponding international business landscape. Additional success is achieved only by both technical and commercial knowledge combined with strong negotiation skills and sales experience.
You act as an entrepreneur yet understanding the existing relations being part of a global organisation. You are a strong communicator and are able to be persuasive without losing empathy or crossing cultural boundaries.
