We are looking for an Expression Manager to take the lead in building and maintaining a strong visual identity of VERO MODA.   

The department 

You will join VERO MODAs marketing department with 30 dedicated colleagues. You will manage a team of 4 creative and skilled employees with a vision to create campaigns and experiences that inspire people and ultimately, drive traffic to our brand. We are an ambitious team, who thrive on challenges and put our all into generating great results. To us, collaboration is key, and we always use each other to bounce off ideas.
 

The job 

As an Expression Manager, you are responsible for ensuring a consistent and clear brand expression across all our different platforms. You initiate and implement the visual expression for VERO MODA and ensure alignment across different touchpoint. Thereby, you play a key role in shaping the identity of VERO MODA in collaboration with Retail, Sales, the Brand Director, Marketing Manager and Project Managers.

More specifically, your work includes:  

• Developing concepts for wholesale, retail and digital channels and ensuring strong synergies across B2B and B2C touchpoints 
• Conceptualizing and setting the direction for brand campaigns 
• Developing and creating creative content 
• Following up on actions to ensure that they are aligned with the brand DNA 
• Collaborating with the marketing team and other parts of VERO MODA on the brand identity 
• Guiding, motivating and educating the team  

Qualifications 

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience from an internal marketing department or a creative agency 
• Proven track record of developing, directing and managing brand identities and guidelines for both B2B and B2C audiences  
• Significant experience with people management – experience leading leaders is considered an additional advantage  
• Retail and shopper communication expertise  
• Experience and interest within fashion  
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

You take on a leading role in the Expression Team, so it is essential that you can set the direction and dare to push the visual boundaries, while honoring the brand’s identity. You are ambitious, focused and possess creative intuition and aesthetic flair. You are interested in fashion and are always updated on the latest trends. As this role has ties to several other functions, it is important that you are able to collaborate efficiently across internal departments as well as with partners and ensure commitment to the projects.
