We will extend our team with a passionate FAT Manager. So, what are you going to do today?

FAT Manager – PureBallast

Sustainable solutions for a cleaner ocean
Ballast water treatment is one of the big growth potentials in the maritime industry, driven by environmental legislation. We have a market leading position since the launch in 2006, and we sell systems to ship owners and shipyards worldwide. In the coming years the business in this global market will grow rapidly. As our new Factory Acceptance Test Manager in our PureBallast business, you will be a vital part in the sales process and thus part of the full costumer experience. You will be responsible for the full process from initiations to closure of factory acceptance tests. You will plan and coordinate all FAT tests and be the main contact towards sales companies globally for all PureBallast testing. Furthermore, you will:

• Document and administrate relevant FAT activities and meetings
• Understand the FAT process in detail to support the continuous improvement thereof
• Understand the commercial contracts with respective clients and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure clients receive requested contractual information
• Ensure all questions and actions are adhered to and followed up through relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Support internal marketing activities with FAT related material
• Coordinate presentations of the new Alfa Laval test center 

You will be part of the Global Sales Team, PureBallast with consist of 9 highly motivated colleagues who all work in an international setting. You will report the Head of Global Sales.

Self-driven coordination with FAT experience
To thrive in this position, you originally have a technical education and for the last couple of years you have been working with Factory Acceptance Test or similar, preferably within an international company setting. As a person, you understand the importance in customer interactions, and you are curious and seeking best practices to ensure superior customer experiences. You are structured, self-driven and enjoy interacting with many stakeholders during your work days. Further, good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
