About the department You will be part of the Aseptic Production Support Team, built up of experienced, highly engaged and skilled Specialists, Senior Project Managers, Technicians and Professionals. Their responsibilities lie within the various fields of their expertise which are used to support the global production of insulin. You will be working closely together with specialists and professionals, primarily providing process and technical support to the existing production sites and also to new developing sites. Daily department activities include working and interacting with sites globally and on all levels within the organisation. We work across departments and cultures and are striving to deliver best in class support to our customers. The position As a filling professional, you will be the key person in securing correct requirements are maintained and adjusted, to ensure that relevant requirements are preserved; your overall objective is to support our filling lines across global production sites, validations as well as hands-on support to the local production teams. By providing support you will also identify areas with optimisation potential, and contribute these findings to best practise sharing across the production sites and teams. Naturally, you will also bring to the organisation your expertise when implementing new equipment or establishing new production facilities to ensure effective ramp-up of sites. You will also be involved in maintaining a high level of compliance while developing and improving our Standard Operating Procedures. In performing your job tasks you will collaborate with specialists and process experts in our global Novo Nordisk DFP (Diabetes Finished Products) network. Furthermore, you will also participate in various development projects. As many of the development projects, current production sites and equipment suppliers are located abroad, you can look forward to approximately 20 travel days per year. Qualifications You have a relevant academic degree as an Engineer, Pharmacist or similar backed by a minimum of four years’ of practical aseptic production experience. In addition, you have significant experience with pharmaceutical aseptic filling processes and equipment, and you have worked with processes in a cGMP environment. You therefore understand the regulatory environment, and ensuring compliance comes as second nature. Your structured way of working and general overview enables you to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining an ongoing drive for results. Being open minded and positive you are a natural relation builder to people across all organisational levels and cultural differences. To succeed it is also crucial that you thrive on working both independently and as part of a team. Finally, you have excellent English skills, written as well as spoken.
