Our Compliance consulting area is growing and now NNE Pharmaplan seeks an engaged department manager to lead our Compliance Services department, which is located in Gentofte. All our customers operate in the field of pharma and biotech and range from start-ups to multinational corporations. We are looking for and experienced consultants with management experience and a holistic pharma business understanding. You will be responsible for the line management of highly skilled pharmacists, engineers and consultants who work closely with leading pharmaceutical companies to secure regulatory compliance. You will also act as consultant in multidisciplinary teams together with other highly skilled colleagues, enabling growth and creating value for our customers. Your job The group that you will be managing delivers high-quality compliance services to our customers in the pharma and biotech industries. Here, you combine business understanding with technical & GMP experience for the benefit of the clients. You will prepare executive management presentations and communicate your recommendations to the client’s management level. The approach and content of the tasks might vary a lot. You will promote, sell and plan your own projects by deploying your experience from the pharma/biotech industry as line manager or consultant. As Manager of the Compliance Services department, you will be: -Responsible for management and coaching of employees on a daily basis -Responsible for development of new products and services -Responsible for ensuring close cooperation with our customers and other areas of NNE Pharmaplan -Active in sales activities You will use your skills and experience to analyse our clients supply chain or production in order to identify options for -Optimisation of either output and/or production cost and quality processes -Introduction of new regulatory requirements, and industry practices -Assessment of GMP compliance and following recommendations on how to improve or stay in control As Manager of Compliance Services, you will report to the Director of Compliance Consulting. Your qualifications -You hold a degree in related areas of engineering or pharmacist, and preferably have experience as a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. -You can deploy your process & GMP understanding e.g. within Risk based verification, DoE, Optimisation of manufacturing processes, and you are familiar with terms like process understanding and continued process verification. -You have a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or biotech business and a minimum of three years of management experience. -You have a strong business drive and create results through team efforts, personal commitment, and an open leadership style. -You possess good cooperation skills, focus on customer needs and long-term relationships, and know how to communicate your thoughts, goals and ideas both verbally and in writing. -You have an active professional network in the pharmaceutical Industry. -Successful experience in the consultancy role is an advantage, but most important is that you understand our client’s needs and challenges and can help bringing them to the next level -Preferably, management experience from a production or production support area.
