The Danish Hydrocarbon Research and Technology Centre is looking for a finance student assistant to assist with project reporting and financial management reporting
Financial support to projects in DHRTC
Your primary tasks will include supporting the Project Coordinator, Finance in DHRTC with diverse finance assignments and tasks.
- Assistance with collection of relevant financial information from internal as well as external collaborating partners
- Updating the financial BI system in DHRTC and contribute to further development of the system
- Various financial analysis
- Assistance in development and fine tuning of the DHRTC financial model
- Various controlling tasks
- Ad hoc tasks in the administration department.
The role
You will be an important member of the administrative team and will report to Project Coordinator, Finance.
Qualifications
You are currently studying Finance, Business Administration, cand.scient.pol, cand.scient.oecon or similar. You are most likely in the last 2 years of your study or will begin on your masters after summer.
You are a result oriented, proactive, structured and analytical team player and are experienced with Excel.
Moreover, you have a positive mindset and a 'can-do' attitude. Finally, you are proficient in both written and oral English.
Salary and terms of employment
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). The allowance will be agreed with the relevant union.
The Student Assistant position is a part-time position with 10-15 hours a week on the DTU Campus in Kgs. Lyngby (located in the vicinity of Copenhagen).
