Financial planning on Group level

Overall, our focus is to transform numbers into financial information ensuring transparency in LEGO® senior management’s decision-making. Your role is highly dynamic, and you will collaborate broadly with finance colleagues around the globe on a day-to-day basis. As a key player in supporting the financial planning processes, you:

• Ensure high quality reporting to provide the right insights which form the foundation for top management decisions

• Supports the continued development and review of our financial planning process, guidelines and reporting

• Become a valued partner for the Finance leadership team, incl. the Group CFO by performing ad-hoc analyses, e.g. financial scenarios and currency analysis

• Create engagement for our planning principles across the Finance organization

Corporate Financial Planning

You will join the Corporate Financial Planning team of 7 colleagues in a business that is passionate about the impact of play. Talented finance professional who can build strong relations

The key to success is your foundation in finance coupled with an ability to collaborate with a complex network of stakeholders. And you enjoy building and nurturing relationships in order to ensure collaboration. You will be challenged on your ability to quickly gain a holistic perspective of an increasingly global organisation, which also requires a strong commercial and value chain understanding. To facilitate this, you:

• Have 0-3 years of experience from a finance position

• Are able to link financial and commercial performance and convert data and information into insights, choices and recommendations, which add real value to the business

• Have a master’s degree in economics and/or finance, or similar

• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the confidence and maturity to network across functions, business units, time zones and cultures

• Communicate effortlessly in English - both in speech and writing
