Vestas Service After Sales NEU Service After Sales, a part of the Northern Europe Sales Business Unit, is responsible for servicing all aftermarket customers with spare parts and services of the wind turbines. The service business is a key growth area for Vestas, and has ambitious targets to be achieved. We need a forecast coordinator who can establish Spare Parts sales forcasts based on the global processes in collaboration with the head of Spare parts After sales and the key account managers. You will join a department full of energy and always ready to walk the extra mile for our customer and eachother, so being a team player is key. You will be working closely with After Sales and the Supply Chain organization in Vestas and thereby ensuring that the value of high quality forecast is transformed into reality. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will cover: Gathering input from Service Sales in the Sales Business Unit Acting as one point of contact for forecasting activities Challenging Service Sales on provided demand and sales input when appropriate Participating in sign-off of the forecast together with the Sales and Operations Planning department Ensuring compliance with the Sales and Operations Planning process Having a key role in the Forecasting Process we expect you to be constantly striving for the final result, and leading and driving efficient implementation through strong personal influencing skills Executing operational sales activities Qualifications: A theoretical background within Supply Chain Management at B.Sc. level or similar Knowledge of demand forecasting or spare part sales planning is advantageous SAP BI user, preferably including reporting Skilled MS Office user in general, and an advanced Excel user Fluent in English both written and spoken A number cruncher with good business acumen An excellent teamplayer with customer focus Attentive to details and quality-conscious Preferably experience from a similar position Competencies: The ideal candidate is: Proactive, commited and open-minded with a high drive Analytical, organized and data-driven Customer-oriented with a good understanding of business processes A strong and convincing communicator Reliable, service-minded and result-oriented Capable of building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders in a global environment What we offer: We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, dynamic, high performing and international work environment with the global leader of Wind Energy.
